1. The accuracy of the load cell sensor:
Accuracy is an important performance index of the testing machine sensor, which is directly related to the accuracy of the test results. Generally, the higher the accuracy of the testing machine sensor, the more expensive it is. However, it is impossible for any testing machine sensor to guarantee its absolute linearity. If a tensile testing machine sensor can still guarantee its constant performance after being used for a period of time, then its stability is very good. In general, there are two main factors affecting the long-term stability of the testing machine sensor: one is its own structure; the other is the working environment of the testing machine sensor. Therefore, the testing machine sensor should have strong environmental adaptability.
5. The flexibility of the load cell sensor:
In the linear range of the tensile testing machine sensor, everyone hopes that the higher the flexibility of the tensile testing machine sensor, the better. Because the higher the flexibility, the greater the value of the output signal corresponding to the measured change, which is beneficial to signal processing. At the same time, we have to pay attention that the higher the flexibility of the tensile testing machine sensor, the greater the impact of external noise. Therefore, when selecting the sensor of the tensile testing machine, the compatibility of flexibility, volume and anti-interference issues should be ensured.
